How can I register a deposit?

It is sometimes recommended to ask a deposit in advance for a treatment from a client.
To be able to use the advance system, it must first be switched on. You can do this via:

1. Settings
2. Register
3. Activate "Deposits"
4. Press "Save" at the bottom of the page


To add the deposit:
1. Open an account in the name of the customer
2. Click on + Deposit
3. Enter the amount of the advance
4. Pay with a payment method (cash, bank contact, ...)




To use the deposit:
1. Open a new account in the name of the same customer or open the appointment that is posted on the agenda and click on checkout.
2. The advance is automatically deducted from the amount to be paid.
3. If you do not wish to use the advance on this visit, you can click it away from the services via the "X".



The advance cannot be spread over several accounts. If the total amount to be paid for the treatment is lower than the advance paid, a new advance must be created for that amount in the same account)

(The amount to be paid is on a negative amount, eg - € 5, click on + advance for € 5)
